Overview
Phoniƒied Tracker is an application that allows you to access your Basecamp™ account from your mobile phone. You can download a copy of your To-do list to your phone and update information without having to use a computer. You can also check milestones and configure an alarm on your phone when a milestone is upcoming. Phoniƒied Tracker lets you read and edit messages and comments. For Premium and Max account holders, you can track time conveniently from your phone as you start and complete tasks, rather than having to remember and update information later.
Phoniƒied smart phrases make it easy for you to comment on project items from your phone. These are configurable labels that let you define the standard phrases that make sense for you so you can easily pick the phrase you need rather than typing it in. Phoniƒied Tracker also provides menus for selecting projects, companies, people, dates and times, and more, so you can easily update your project information even if you are not a talented phone typist.
What you need
You need to have a Basecamp™ account and a wireless data plan. Because Web traffic can use a lot of bandwidth, we recommend an unlimited data plan, which many carriers support. If your carrier does not support unlimited data, then we suggest the highest volume plan available.
You will also need a recent model phone. Phoniƒied Tracker currently supports Nokia S60 (Series 60) phones, BlackBerries, and Palm Treos running PalmOS. More devices are in the works, so if you would like to see Phoniƒied Tracker on your phone, please let us know.
