Phoniƒied collects personal information when you register for a Phoniƒied account, when you use Phoniƒied products or services, and when you purchase Phoniƒied products.
Phoniƒied automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Phoniƒied cookie information, and the pages you access.

Security of Your Personal Information
We are serious about guarding the security of your personal data and the details of any transactions you make. You can edit your Phoniƒied Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.
Personal information collected on the Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Phoniƒied or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Children's Privacy
Phoniƒied is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children. Phoniƒied's Services, Software, and Website are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. Phoniƒied does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13, and Phoniƒied does not target its Services, Software, and Website to children under the age of 13.
